DONATIONS FROM MARK COLLIER & FRIENDS OF MMG
Below are pictures taken on Oct. 24th of me (left) giving money to Emma Arniego & children in Mangagoy, Philippines who are victims of the devastating fire that destroyed all of Bongaitan (Mangagoy) on Oct. 3rd. Emma has been a widow for the past 11 years, and has struggled to feed and raise her five children. On Oct. 3rd their home and vegetable stand were completely destroyed by the fire. Donations sent to MMG Records from friends around the world have helped buy vegetables for Emma to sell, and to help feed her family. She and her children are sleeping under the makeshift shelter in this picture where they are once again trying to make a living, thanks to the donations given to them. Fire victims have also been given clothing to wear.

(Below) I was happy to hand out candy to the children bought with donations from friends of MMG.

(Below) Makeshift shelters for the fire victims built on fire site.

(Below) The building in these pictures made of wooden framework and plastic walls/tops holds 50 rooms. Two families live in each room, making a total of 100 families in this one building. As you can see, some are still able to smile because God has been good to them - they are alive.
